Esfiha is one of Brazil’s most loved street foods — originally inspired by Middle Eastern flavours, but completely transformed by Brazilians into something unique: open-faced, full of flavour, and perfect for any time of day.

 

In Brazil, "esfiharias" are everywhere — little shops on the corner serving freshly baked esfihas non-stop. And now, for the first time in Perth, we’re bringing that same energy and flavour to life!
